Appointments

Please call the office of the location you would like to visit or 1-877-50-PRIMA to make, cancel, or reschedule appointments. You may also visit our Express Care office hours without an appointment Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. — noon and 1:00 p.m. — 4:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. — noon (8:00 a.m. — 4:00 p.m. at our Boardman office). Same day appointments are available. Please note that if you are unable to see your regular doctor, you will see another physician in the Prima practice.

If you find that you are unable to keep your appointment we do request that you notify our office as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will allow us to utilize the time reserved for you for another patient who may be ill. Maintaining good health requires timely medical care and follow-up.

How to make the most of your visit:

• Have your insurance card(s) ready
• Be prepared to make a co-payment, if required by your insurance
• Bring all medications that you are currently taking
• Have a list of the names of any other doctors currently being seen
• If you have diabetes, record your daily blood sugar level and bring along your log
• If you have high blood pressure, bring along your blood pressure log
