Health office relocated.

BOARDMAN — On Monday, the Prima Health Care Boardman physician office, currently located at 7355 California Ave., will relocate to 7629 Market St. Suite 100. On Thursday, the Prima Austintown physician office, currently located at 1570 S. Canfield-Niles Road, Austintown, will relocate to the Boardman facility on Market.

The consolidation will allow for extended weekday hours as well as weekend hours for Prima’s walk-in express-care program. Additional medical services are also available in the new office as well as the adjacent medical campus.
