If I see a doctor at one office, do I have to continue to go to that office?
No, you can visit any of our three offices without having to re-register.  We use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in all of our offices, which allow your information to be available at all of our Prima locations, further improving efficiency and the quality of care you receive.

If I call with a question for the nurse or doctor, when can I expect a call back?
Our physicians and nurses are with patients throughout the day, so it is usually not possible for them to immediately answer or return phone calls. However, we will return your call as soon as possible. To help us get back to you quickly, please leave a message with your full name, date of birth, reason for the call and a phone number where we can reach you.

Do you have after hours care?
Prima offices do not provide after hours care. However, if you have an urgent matter and are a patient of a Boardman office doctor, please contact the Medical Dental Bureau at: (330) 742-7701. If you are a patient of a Columbiana or Salem doctor, please contact the Salem Community Hospital Operator at: (330) 332-1551 for assistance.

What should I do in case of an emergency?
In the case of an emergency, call 911 immediately.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Always bring your insurance card(s) to any appointment. Please note that if you have a co-payment with your insurance, it is required to be paid at the time of service. You should also bring any updates in personal information, including change of address or phone number.
